How quickly will I receive a confirmation?
Our team confirms all bookings via WhatsApp within 2 business hours. Bookings made after 6pm will be confirmed the following morning.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can reschedule free of charge as many times as you need.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Just bring your ID card (KTP) and any previous dental records or X-rays if you have them. For BPJS patients, please also bring your BPJS card.
Is parking available at the clinic?
Yes, we have dedicated free parking for patients. We also have easy access via TransJakarta for public transport users.
Do you see children?
Absolutely. Our paediatric dentistry specialist sees children from age 2 upwards. We have a child-friendly waiting area and a team trained in gentle child care.
